Koralle is a Santoku with a low carbon damascus skin of 750 layers iron and 15n20 on an SC145 core that forms the cutting edge. The construction is of san-mai type. The handle composition is african blackwood, silver and coral. the scabbard is out of bog oak that I brushed and oiled.

Koralle is a Santoku of the middle range quality with a San-Mai type blade construction. The skin is of damascus with a low carbon content that has 750 layers of pure iron and 15n20 nickelsteel. The core/cutting edge is of SC145 with 1,45%C. The cutting edge length is 170mm for a blade breadth of 50mm. The handle is composed of african blackwood, silver and coral. The scabbard is of black bog oak brushed and oiled.
